We collect your email address and name when you create an account. When you use the API, we log render metadata (type, status, duration, timestamp) but do not store the HTML content you submit for rendering.
Your information is used to provide the Service, manage your account, process billing, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Account data is stored securely in our database infrastructure. HTML content submitted for rendering is processed in memory and is not stored. Rendered outputs (PDFs, images) are stored in cloud storage for your plan's retention period and then automatically deleted. API keys are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. We never store your full API key.
Render log entries are retained based on your plan: Free (7 days), Starter (30 days), Pro (90 days), Business (365 days). You can delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
